Our membership is comprised of owners and professional managers of all types of STR’s who are registered with the Puerto Rico Tourism Company (PRTC) and have been assigned a hotelier number. These types of accommodations include Studios, Apartments, Homes, Villas, other unique short-term rentals. Shared spaces, such as individual rooms within these accommodation types, are not included.
