Subsequently, in June 2024, the municipality approved an amendment that extended the deadline for filing and obtaining the permit until December 31, 2024.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\"><a href=\"https:\/\/vivapralliance.com\/es\/str-san-juan-regulations-update\/?utm_source=hs_email&amp;utm_medium=email&amp;_hsenc=p2ANqtz-9s9WQw_WD8CHD2W-FJEguHnihTg9Qc88K4vC_9R2b0SOwgfHR4HvJoDRlIuH_617WXn_yt\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Click here for a summary&nbsp;<\/a>of the most important points of Ordinance Number 39 and Ordinance Number 24, which amends the former.
